Mesh Liquid Filter Bags (Monofilament & Multifilament)

Monofilament & Multifilament Mesh Liquid Filter Bags Oveview

Mesh Filter Bags are widely used in industrial liquid filtration where reliable surface retention and stable micron ratings are required. Constructed from woven monofilament or multifilament mesh fabrics, these filter bags provide consistent pore size, excellent chemical resistance, and high mechanical strength.

Based on the yarn structure, mesh filter bags are available in two variants:

  • Monofilament Mesh Filter Bags – smooth single-filament yarn, uniform openings, high precision, reusable
  • Multifilament Mesh Filter Bags – multiple fine filaments twisted into a yarn, softer structure, higher dirt-holding capacity, economical for coarse filtration

Both types deliver efficient surface filtration and are ideal for removing hard particles, gels, debris, or contaminants from low- to medium-viscosity liquids.

Mesh Filter Bags Key Features & Benefits

01
Surface Filtration Efficiency

Mesh bags operate as true surface filters—particles are retained on the mesh surface rather than trapped inside the media.

02
Excellent Repeatability (Monofilament Type)

Uniform pore structure delivers accurate and consistent filtration performance in critical processes.

03
High Flow Rates & Low Differential Pressure

Woven mesh construction minimizes pressure drop and maintains stable flow.

04
Chemical & Abrasion Resistance

Nylon, polypropylene, and polyester materials provide strong resistance to solvents, water-based liquids, chemicals, and abrasion.

05
Washable & Reusable (Monofilament)

Smooth monofilament yarn allows easy cleaning, extending service life and reducing operating cost.

06
Cost-Efficient (Multifilament)

Multifilament mesh bags offer good dirt-holding capacity at a lower price, ideal for general-purpose applications.
